Apple has been working to provide a good customer service for long time, and now they are about to make it even better. Apple already has its web interface for Support.
If you have any issue with your Apple Product, you can visit https://getsupport.apple.com/, select the type of product you have, select the issue type you are facing, and then you will be given the solution according to the issue.
If you can’t find solution, you can schedule a call back, or call customer service, or chat with them. Now Apple is making support more interactive by launching an app for support.
The app also includes Apple’s official guides to fixing common problems, so you have a tilt at tackling your issue yourself. And there’s a smattering of basic ‘how-to’ too.

As per Uswitch , At launch the app has all of the devices registered to your Apple ID. From there you have a range of pre-defined problems, which are common.
After that the app asks if you are on the latest version of iOS, and offers a range of support options, including taking to your carrier, contacting support and setting up a Genius Bar appointment. It’s highly interactive, and well integrated.
