Samsung on other hand retained 2nd spot. Market share shrunk over the period from 29.3% to 28.6%, indicating sluggish sales growth of its latest flagship product, Galaxy S6 series. The smartphone maker, released Galaxy S6 series on April 10, 2015, in the US, which could be the main reason for decline in the market share.

HTC on other side is loosing Market share continuously , though the drop is marginal from 3.8 % to 3.7 %.
