After launching the Note 3 phablet in October last year, Coolpad has now launched a affordable version called Coolpad Note 3 Lite, that too with 3GB RAM and fingerprint scanner.
Coolpad broke the barrier of launching fingerprint scanner below Rs 10000 and now under 7000. Another key point is, Coolpad scanner can unlock the smartphone in 0.5 seconds with 99 % accuracy.
Note 3 lite sports a 5″ HD display (720p) with pixel density of ~ 268ppi. It is powered by 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked @ 1.3GHz and coupled with 3GB of RAM. Note 3 Lite got 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up-to 32GB via a microSD card.
For photography, Note 3 Lite sports a 13MP Rear camera with f/2.0 , LED flash and a 5MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is powered by a 2,500mAh battery , for connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, USB OTG and Bluetooth. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with CoolUI 6.0 out of the box.
Coolpad Note 3 Lite is in direct competition with Infocus M350, Meizu M2 and Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, all these smartphones are priced at Rs 6999.
