Gionee launched S6 in China with a Price tag of RMB 1699 ~ Rs 17000
Though, Gionee launched few Smartphones which are well above 15k mark, but the key question is what’s the sales volume Gionee is achieving with these Models.
What, I believe is like other Chinese Smartphone manufacturers, Gionee is also making major volumes from sub 6000 smartphones.
Personally, I never favor Gionee Mobiles, may be highly over priced as compared to value offered.
Gionee S6 is basically a Dual Sim handset with 5.5″ HD Display ( 1280 * 720 ), powered by a 1.3 GHz Mediatek 6753 Octa-Core processor, coupled with 3GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory. The memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD Card.
For Photography, S6 got 13 MP rear camera with Selfie of 5 MP. S6 is powered by 3140 mAh battery. The main differentiation is USB C type provided in S6.
Let’s hope S6 may hit Indian market before december end.
