Gionee Elife E8 24 MP may not be a new news, but very rare persons know that there is a hidden feature in the Camera menu. Enabling the feature means, you can take 5 times of set MP.
If you have set it to 24MP, you can take a 120MP image. Another point is flawless picture, without loosing the clarity. Gionee has used a new feature called ” Ultra Pixel ” in Camera. This allows a user to stitch 5 pictures of 24MP, to deliver a final picture in 120MP. This is for those users who like to go into the details of an Image.
I took some pictures with Nikon D90, Gionee ELife E8 in default mode. For Gionee, three modes were used : Standard, HDR and Ultra Pixel. You can use this feature for capturing minor details in a picture without loosing the clarity. Till now, I have come across who could capture 41.3MP Image ( Nokia Pureview ) and 50MP ( Oppo Find 7 ), but there is a big gap in 120MP and 50MP.
If you recall, Only Canon has prepared a prototype for taking 120MP RAW Images, if i am correct, it’s Canon 5D.
Let’s sort out the mystery, How to take such a high Resolution Picture with Gionee ELife E8 :

- Select the Mode by clicking 4 squares on Top left side
- Scroll to page 2 of Options
