Motorola Moto G Turbo vs Moto G 3rd generation


Motorola launched Moto G 3rd Generation this year in July with upgraded technical specifications compared to Moto G 2nd Generation, but they have announced even an advanced version of Moto G in Mexico now, known as Moto G Turbo Edition,

TheGadgetsFreak reported. Motorola has not confirmed about its international launch, but this model comes with great tech specs that is worth to upgrade your existing Moto G.

Moto G Turbo Edition vs Moto G 3rd Generation

Moto G Turbo edition features a 5″ 1080 pixels FHD display compared to 5″ 720 pixels HD Display in Moto G 3rd Gen. The design is quite similar with the same dimension, and both the model feature FM Radio, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 13-megapixel rear camera with Dual-LED flash, 5-megapixel front camera, 2470 mAh battery etc.. Moto G Turbo Edition supports faster charging, while on other  3rd Generation model is missing this feature.

Moto G Turbo Edition is water and dust proof (IP67 certified) as  compared to Moto G 3rd generation which offers water resistant feature IPX7.

Moto G 3rd Generation is available in 2 variant; 1GB RAM with 8GB ROM or 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM, but Moto G Turbo Edition got a standard version which features 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM.

Both the model supports MicroSD card, but Turbo Edition supports up to 128GB as against  32GB support in Moto G 3rd Generation.

The Moto G turbo edition got an upgraded octa-core Snapdragon 615 CPU and Adreno 405 GPU as compared to quad-core Snapdragon 410 chipset and Adreno 306 GPU in Moto G 3rd Generation.

Moto G Turbo Edition will be up for sales from 13 November at a price tag of  $283, whereas Moto G 3rd Generation costs $220.

No Idea if Moto G Turbo Edition may be launched in international market, Let’s wait for the official announcement from Motorola Team.
