When Samsung launched Galaxy S6, Samsung directly attacked iphone 6 , whether it was Camera or Battery recharge time. Samsung has always adapted Negative Marketing Strategy when it comes to Apple.

Samsung advertisements clearly states ” We did a math and its clear 6  > 6 ( Six is greater than Six ) . Not all Smartphones are Equal. “

Samsung Marketing Team at Korea has decided to take head on with Apple. Just to remind the readers, mostly all the advertisements are created in Korea. Samsung has always tried to dominate Apple in all the advertisements by showing Apple shortcomings.

Samsung statement in first advertisement is ”  Oooh, check out the edge of the Galaxy S6 Edge. It displays colors when your top five contacts call. The edge of the iPhone 6 displays nothing. But it has a vibrate function.

The second advertisement is about Samsung Wireless Charging and Selfie Wide angle lens comparison with Apple camera.

Samsung said it clearly ” Not All Smartphones are equal “.  Well clearly, it implies to Samsung also. Than why to adopt Negative Marketing Strategy. Well, the simple fact is , Negative things impact last longer. Samsung in desperation to gain market share, has successfully implemented this Strategy.

Samsung has clearly started a never ending war with Apple, Though at some points it seems, Apple and Samsung have settled the disputes, but the way Samsung is advertising, The war seems to be endless. 

Let’s see how long consumers accept this kind of Negative Marketing !!, But one point is clear, Samsung has been designing products by keeping two companies in mind, LG and Apple.
