Samsung is offering a new way to get the help you need: S Service. S Service is a live, online customer support service, letting anyone connect directly with a service agent through one-to-one remote support via their PC.
It’s a convenient way for people to get expert help, right from the comfort of their computer. Because it is a chat-based service that operates over your computer, you don’t have to worry about background noise, so you can use it at home, in a café, or anywhere with web access.
S Service is available in English during weekdays from the United States (GMT +9 Mon 9:00am to Fri 11:59pm). Research shows that most people need help for their devices in the evenings, from 7pm to 2am, and S Service is conveniently available during those hours.
How to Use S Service
- Using your PC, download the app at g-sis.co.kr and install (works on Windows 8 and higher).
- Click the icon Online Tech Support on your desktop.
- Enter the nature of your problem and your username and press “Request.” The system will automatically tell you how long the wait is and how many other people are waiting.
- When the support representative connects, chat directly about the problem you are having.
